I'm not sure how "successful" is defined for lymphedema. The goal is to keep it from getting worse. I do exercises and massage twice daily, wear a compression sleeve and gauntlet during the day, and have to wrap my hand at night and when I fly. The bandages are a shock. Last summer I had to go for manual drainage treatments for 2 weeks.
