Should I be concerned with these symptoms?

Do you think this is lymphedema? I am 5 years post surgery with 20 nodes removed. I don't have any swelling but my arm has been feeling tender along the inside of the arm between hand and elbow. Also a weird sticky/pulling sensation when the muscle is stretched. Thanks for any help my friends. Hugs, Kay
