I do. I had/have lymphedema when I went for my delayed bi-lateral Lat Flap. My PT knew what was going on and my PS knew about the lymphedema. Nither affected the other. I wore my compression banadages into surgery with my pink bracelet. I let everyone involved know there was to be no procedures on this arm. I had no problem at all.
