Hi Nancy,
I started using this sleeve 2 1/2 years ago, when I went to a different supplier. I had one Jobst sleeve back in 2003. It's very similar but the woman who measures is much more adaptable and says she'll have them make sleeve how ever I want it. Sleeve has gauntlet. The top of the sleeve covers my shoulder. The strap attaches just below the shoulder. I have the glove made with my pinky finger longer than the others because that finger is more swollen. The sleeve comes in lots of colors, but, so far, I've only gotten flesh colored. It's pretty similar to Jobst but a bit more custom. I don't think Gottfried has a website.
