Your therapist should explain it all to you. You will be amazed how quickly the therapy will help you, I know I was. You may have to wrap during the therapy, but they will show you how and get the proper bandages for you to do it with. It gets easier when you have a sleeve. I had to wait a few weeks for my therapy because there is a shortage of LE therapist everywhere. Good luck!
