Hi Jen,
I've had some reduction immediately after 20 treatments. But that doesn't last very long--arm is still much bigger than other arm. Sometimes I feel that the massages and wraps help psychologically because I feel like I'm doing something. I also think that the severity of the lymphedema may have some relationship to how much reduction there is.
Question? How long is the massage that you've gotten? The place I went to last month (for just one treatment because insurance won't pay anymore) gave me a massage that was about 10 minutes, didn't do groin at all nor stomach, stayed in my clothes. The other places that I've gone, massage was about 35 minutes and I was in a hospital gown or sheet. BBinB
