I have dealt with this for 4 years now. My arm is still larger than my left, but at least I have no hardness now and it seems to be under control. I wear the tribute vest & sleeve at night and a custom fit sleeve in the day. The hot weather bothers me lots. My saving grace is that my office where I work is as cold as (we all call it) a meatlocker! But that does help my arm!!!
I haven't posted to this site in awhile, but I too needed to vent today. Sometimes it seems like lymphedema is overtaking my brain!
