You are a real wealth of information...I'm so glad I found you!!! I have not seen my pt since last summer, but I spoke with her last Fri & scheduled to be fitted for new sleeve which I believe is the tribute. I'm going to ask her about the vest as well. I don't know how you work 8 hrs on a keyboard...I did some research on google for ld & requested info on treatment...rest was the #1 recommendation!!! My pain is pretty bad today, I plan on calling ld Dr in am & asking to see her asap...I have warm spots, hardness, & charlie horse like muscle pain...don't want to let it go any longer. The comp sleeve can really irritate the area more than relieve it at times...feeling caught in the pain funnel & looking for a way out!!!
