Lymphedema Board: Still working??

Who out there is still working - full or part time - and have ld in the arm? I am just nearly ready to give it up. But keep hanging in there. I do keyboarding most of the day with my job and needing to produce many reports. I have adjusted my keyboard, etc, etc, but not sure how much longer I can hang in there.
Just wanted some idea if I am nuts to try to keep on.
