Are you off antibiotics now? You may need a much longer course then what you have had. How long were you in the hospital? It sometimes takes a number of days to show improvement. Call your doc and let him know what's going on. Also, even though your arm is swelling more, I wouldn't massage it while you have an infection. Let us know how you do.
