do you have fever? You may need more antibiotics but if you have lymphedema, it's not going to go away whether or not you're on meds. In May and June when I was having a problem with my arm (and after going to doctor who put me on anitbiotics for 10 days; I did not want to go to ER) I put a small ice pack wrapped in a towel on my arm, and the redness and warmth eventually went away. It does take time. If you have been diagnosed with lymphedema and usually wear a sleeve, don't wear it while it's hotbut try to keep your arm elevated.BBinB
