The PT can also determine if you need a sleeve, etc. I have it on the left side, and am left-handed. I wear a sleeve and gauntlet during the day. The hand is bandaged at night and when I fly. You need to go to a physical therapist who specializes in lymphedema therapy for manual drainage. That sounds really awful, but it's really a type of massage. Your onc can give you a referral.
