I cannot really add anything to what all these ladies have said. Physical Therapy, bandaging/sleeves - all a part of it from now until eternity. Mine is the same - down at night, up in the daytime. I wear a compression sleeve daytime, with a gauntlet sometimes. Nights I wear a tribute vest & sleeve. I have lots of scar tissue in the chest wall from mastectomy/radiation over an implant/then implant went bad - so out it came. Up and down - arm AND moods! But life goes on. I am still working - just cut back to 30 hours/wk. I read an article that says only 11% of women over 65 are in the work force. So I guess I am one of the lucky ones.
Honestly had lots of trouble first year with LD, but FINALLY found a good PT! I think that is a big key!!!!!
