Hi everyone,
I just went to the lymphedema specialist today and found out I have lymphedema - I had my surgery Dec. of 2006 and developed minor pain and swelling last week - they say it is just in the beginning phase and are hoping to take care of it with excercises and massage - They also say I have some nerve problem caused by scar tissue that gives me pain between my wrist and my elbow.- anyone have any tips for me??? Thanks in advance.
