Another Question

I have another "how to avoid lymphedema" question. How am I supposed to shave under my arms?? I know this is trivial, but I still need to know. I was told to use an electric razor instead of a regular one, but the electric pinches my skin, and feels like it's doing more harm than the regular razor. Should I just forget about it and let it all hang out, or is there a safe way to shave?
