Hi Sharon,
Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. I am assuming that when you mention that you are experiencing this 'only at night,' that you are referring to the pain or discomfort.
I am also assuming that you are referring to lymphedema related to a mastectomy which has appeared in the arm(s) on affected side(s) since that is how lymphedema tends to present in those who have had treatment for breast cancer.
Have you seen a therapist that specializes in lymphedema treatment? What, if anything, are you doing about it at this time? Are you doing any type of bandaging, recommended excercise, and or MLD?
