Sharon, I wish I had some words of wisdom to help you with this subject but I don't really understand it myself. I am a mastecomy patient as of October and had lymph nodes removed on the right side. I don't even understand how to tell that there is swelling or not or how to recommend that you work on alleviating it. I've only been told that if my rings are tight or my shirt sleeve is tight to make sure I contact someone. I would love to learn more on the subject period!
