I got 2 sleeves cause I had bilateral -- no rads or chemo either. I aksed and it was suggested, so I got them, not wanting to take any chances. Everyone here seems to recommend them, too. I got them at the hospital -- and insurance paid for them. (Haven't flown yet, but I have them for whenever I do!)
