Good post regarding sleeve & glove.

My insurer didn't want to pay for the glove but I explained that in my case, one is not good without the other. They finally paid. Also, my insurance company wanted me to tell them the codes. That's like top secret stuff but I finally got the codes and got reimbursed.BBinB
