Wow Sarah...so sorry that you are experiencing lymphedema. I have a question. Is the lymphedema on the side that you had carpal tunnel repair done and when was that? The reason that I ask is that after I started Arimidex severe tendinitis developed in my wrists. The wrist side that had axillary node dissection is still very painful. I am finishing OT on that wrist to reduce inflammation and increase ROM without pain. It is working but is slow. Carpal tunnel influence was discussed but nixed for now because of problems with added trauma (surgical) to the area. Perhaps your hand surgeon would best know what to advise if the surgery was recently. Your lymphedema therapist could intervene for you. Does the therapist want you to use a compression sleeve and gauntlet? I hope that it is resolving but just pokey.
