Hi Sarah, Generally, the treatment is for 15 days. Is therapist doing massage and then wrapping your arm? Please don't be disheartened if you don't see a drastic reduction in swelling. After the treatment, you will get measured for a compression sleeve and glove. Any other questions, let me know. Have lymphedema for 9 1/2 years. Tumor was in the axilla so there was no chance that I wouldn't get it. Hang in there. BBinB
