A question for the veterans

I completed Radiation 12/29 ready for a grand new year. Lymphedema is getting my goat though. Therapist is trying to turn me loose on my own but don't seem to be consistent in the reduction. Any suggestions other than wrapping every night. Anyone tried the Reid or Solaris? I am very active and this just doesn't fit my lifestyle. I'm very bummed.
