Hey all,
Well, last night I did my first 10-15 mins. of "exercise" since my surgery--task--strip a bed, put bedding in pile on floor, and clear table and wash top (bridge table size).
Result: SWOLLEN both arms, both hands--OUCH
Will I EVER be able be able to live independently again?
