I guess the compression glove will have to come next. I've been wrapping my fingers with the finger wraps from my lymphedema kit and then wearing my gauntlet (no fingers) and the sleeve. This is working right now. It's just time consuming and cumbersome.
I've been putting soothing cream on my arm and gently moving my good hand up my arm. I'm doing my deep breathing exercises, too. I need to start walking again if it would ever warm up!
