You really shouldn't wait any longer; in fact you should have sought treatment when this began. Get a referral to a Physical Therapist who is trained in the treatment of Lymphedema; the sooner you begin treatment the easier it will be to control this chronic condition. I would call and get an appointment ASAP rather than waiting until you see your Surgeon. Good Luck ...
