No. The `70 Trunk Lid sheet metal has two concave creases beginning at the rear window, fading out as they reach the rear of the Trunk Lid.
That by itself probably wouldn't be an issue, but the `70 Trunk Lid is also curved at the forward edge to align with the concave curvature of the rear window.
The `69 Lid does not have either of these features. Hope this helps.
