I have heard of St Louis putting some under the back seat but have not been able to confirm it. I have several St Louis broadcast sheets that were left in the cars from the assembly plant, then when they were delivered at the dealer, someone took the sheets out and stuck them in with the cars owners manual in the clear manual envelope.
