I also think that " do as I say not as I do" is a great saying. I always wanted to do a 454 in a Fat car - LS6 like, and now with 700R and 4.10 gear is a Mustang eater. Just put the 396 tags on and have some fun.
Of course if the car has an original engine, you can run it or put it away and enjoy driving without having to worry about throwing a XXXX.
