There are no differences in the grills. The only grill items that are different are covers that are basically an extension of the grills, and the small filler pieces between the outer T-78 lamps and the H/L bezel. On a standard car they are diecasted and chrome plated and a bit smaller. The ones on a hideaway car are casted aluminum, bright annodized, and are a bit larger.
