67 Bumper Filler

I want to verify the color of the bumper filler for the 67 Impala SS. It looks like they are all silver. Is the original paint a Gloss, Semi-gloss, or flat? Does anyone have a reccomendation for color or paint? Also is it the same color on the bottom? Thanks Craig
