If you have all the lower screws removed you just need to push upward on the rocker molding and they will come off. The upper lip just slides down over a sheet metal bar that is screwed to the car. If you are having trouble there is pobably just dirt or corrosion holding it on. The fronts and rear both are mounted essentially the same way.
Remove the lower screws and pull out on the bottom slightly then pull upward and they will come right off.
Good Luck and yes DO NOT BEND THEM or you will be very unhappy.
And I think the reason that nobody has made them yet is because they are one year specific and also only for Super Sports. The other trim that is repo'd like the headlight eyebrows are generic to any 67 full size.
