here is an idea---the guy is listing the car as "a favor" for someone who does not know the value of the parts...he does not want anyone around the car that will drop a hint to the owner what it is worth..or what he is getting for it..he may have told them he would split the income of it or he may have already paid them a minimal amount and dont want to get caught..
he may not have anywhere to store the car at "his" house so he will spend the $300 down (non refundable)to rent a truck or storage when the deal is closed ----------good luck to anyone who gets involved
