Just an FYI the LS-5 for Chevelle and Monte Carlo SS models would be 360 HP for 1970 and in 1971 with decompression (8:5)365 HP and no more 390HP. The 1970 454 had 500ft ibs of torque compared to 460 ft ibs of torque on the L36 390HP 427 in '69.
