Man that looks like it has had some serious modifications!!!
I'll guess that originally the stock may have been for an old Stevens or maybe Springfield 22 rimfire bolt action from the 50's, but who knows. I think those models had the metal guard over the magazine hole. Maybe an old Marlin??? There were millions of low cost 22 bolt rifles sold from a dozen different manufacturers under a hundred different names. Good luck!!!
