Putting things in perspective....
We hear all this talk about Millions and Billions but do you have a concept of just how much money that is?
Well, here's a easy way to understand it:
If you spent $1,000 per day, talking every single day seven days a week, it would take you 2,740 years to spend One Billion Dollars.
If you spent $10,000 per day, every day it would take you 274 years to spend One Billion dollars.
In order to spend $1 Billion in the average lifespan of 84 years - starting the day you were born, you would have to spend $32,615 per day.
Putting it into more identifiable numbers ... If you are 35 years old and wish to spend $1 Billion before you die at age 85 (50 years) you would have to spend $54,794 per day or $20,000,000 per year - yes, that's twenty million dollars per year for 50 years.
Consider this when you see President Obama's spending package that will put the country more than five TRILLION dollars in debt over the next four years.
Just one trillion dollars means you would have to spend $20,000,000,000 twenty BILLION dollars per year for 50 years or $54,794,520 per day for fifty years.
Now ask yourself this: "How much more efficiently can I spend MY TAX MONEY than the government?"
