A valuable or plain Necessary investment is what you make of it. Many remember how much other spending crap had to be allowed to get in those bills or they just wouldn't be passed. It was extortion. So now put the extorters in charge and tell how too expensive it was. Remember they said it was "LOST" last year. Now, however the prez has a responsible program for withdrawal by all the sacrifice and work. So make up your mind and remember whether that same timetable was worked up before.
You hold high cards for the knowledge is that it can still be "Lost" or in vain because of what you guys make of it. I believe what has been done to the economy within two months is some indication.
