John,

I don't have any Saturn experience, but in a generic sense I'd be looking for an interruption in the signal from the crank (or cam) angle sensor, either in the wire or in the sensor itself. If there's no signal, the ECM thinks the engine is not turning and won't provide ignition. Just a thought.
