I have been toying with the idea of using the 'castle doctrine' law to at least stop and hold these 'people' should I catch them in the act, as my house sets @300 feet from the road.
It would be interesting to see how the "NO TRESPASSING" statutes would apply, given that this data collection has NO relevance to the actual census (which, like the 1980,1990, and 2000 forms), were thrown into the trash upon reciept, or filled out with fake information.
When contacted for followup, I replied that the completed forms must have been lost in the mail.
F**k the feds, if YOU are not a minority, any infomation collected will NOT, and has NOT benefited YOU, other than the amount of junk mail you receive will increase, and I am sure the Founding Fathers, when they put the census requirement into the Constitution, did NOT see the need for the federal government to know how many toilets your house has, which is just another case of liberals re-interpreting the original intent and meaning of the Constitution.
I also have reserved the right, as this is also posted that I can, and will, search YOUR vehicle for drugs and other contraband, if YOU enter my property, with, or without, my express consent.
