There was a meeting and I could be wrong. It coulda been UAE. It might have involved DuBai getting nuclear power information and rods and such because they are hurting for energy.
So because I'm wrong about all this; then nobody had a meeting. In a time we can't drill for oil nor build neuc plants here we will coordinate that transfer to the mideast. That's what everybody needs. Okay. So then instead of using oil for their own plants there is more to sell to us.Okay. yeh it works out they tax the oil.
