Well according to some with experience in those socialized schemes, once you're above 55 you're horsemeat anyway. If you are unborn or an infant you are near that. What do these both have? They can't vote for this crap.
The core voters are a certain age range to maintain the power structure and all the beuracracy on voters to maintain that instead of a real job.
