If you are going to build it, then the lightest would be on the Savage concept. Bottom shotgun, top rifle. Driilings are normally side by side with centerfire in between top or bottom which means more weight since there is an additional barrel. I guess with modern steels, you could go with thinner and shorter barrels with an aluminum receiver. As for the stocks, I would stick with wood since lately I have noticed that synthetic stocks are getting heavier than wood. I would also think that wood would be more forgiving on recoil than synthetics.
PS: Seems like as I get older, recoil is more of a problem. I was testing a Benelli the other day and although my shoulder does'nt hurt, it sure looks ugly as hell LOL.
