It could be a question of wine. Give me more, give me less i won't rhyme.
The little caps Could be something different. I can't really make out the uuf's of them and that would be a clue if it's split right thru the value . Back when I had at hand so many electronics' catalogs, One later co. was/is Digikey. So when you were building anything you could compare various brands of passive or semiconductors and see a rating. They (these itty bitty little things) had various mil-spec type ratings. There were various companies to choose from. There was along with under/over rated v or A a shock and temp value.
Probably making too much of this. I don't open up stuff when it's working but when it isn't I see these little blue or reddish dipsplits. They're in everything.
I'll tell you something else. X$3^78**! income taxes/forms. I sorta mayorta got into these number games. Now there are patterns majorta.
