I don't know how much it's going to hit the welfare class as far as actualy hand-out reductions but they're in for a rude awakening on how much service they're going to loose. Look at GB & Canada, people complain about having to wait 1-3 hours in the ER for the sniffles ... Imagine how upset they're going to be sitting around a day or three when they have a real problem then find out they can't get an X-ray let alone a CT/MRI. Just wait till all the elderly obama-loving welfare class find out they're refused any care because they're too-old and not worth spending money on ... here's a few pills, go home and die.
I didn't hear who said it but someone interviewed by "24/7 obama radio" (NPR) said (paraphrase) "Some people are going to feel effects of the bill as soon as it's signed, some will see some things in five to six years, the majority won't see any benefit until 2018."
Oh how right he is, the "some" who will "feel" the effects immediately are the one who are going to get the snot taxed directly out of them.
The majority who "won't see any benefits until 2018" will surely find out their govt. money won't buy what it used to because the cost of everything is going to go up by leaps and bounds. Estimates I heard from the reputable economists who have run the numbers is that all retail items, including food, will see anywhere from 3.5-13% increase directly attributed to the govt mandates on healthcare.
The most hell-arious part is the alleged estimate of cost under a trillion dollars. Factored into that is the generous estimates on cutting the medicare & medicade fraud ... tell me how that is going to work when it hasn't worked in the last 45 years or so
It's also based on the "current" cost of insurance policies right now ... all those premiums are going to go way up once the bill is signed and the companies have to pay out for all the crap mandated by obama socialist party. Even the conservative estimates put the average per-person combined total cost (direct taxes plus all the inflation directly associated) of this unconstitutional bill at more than $12,000 per year.
