Hi,
I have been doing a bit of diving for the last year (I'm 18) at my local pool. I mainly train on my own, because unfortunatly there is no diving club at our pool (and we do have a 10 meter platform, can't understand :-) ). Instead I'm taking classes in trampoline, and that really improves my jumping a lot.
I mostly do sommersaults from the 1m springboard, but sometimes I enter the water in a bad position and that can hurt (the feeling is like your skin is burning/burned).
Is there a way to reduce the pain and possible bad effects on the skin (especially when you go to a higher level)?
