Posted by Katianna on September 27, 2001, 9:11 am What are your lists on the other boards? 3m and 10m? "I don't know English very well but when I write you of my friends help me." It's okay; I figured you weren't really comfortable with the English language yet. "In our country this sport (diving) is falling down." Yeah, I actually asked my coach if Bulgaria was ever known for producing good divers and he said some time back you had one very good diver from there. It's clearly not as big a sport there though as it is in Canada, America, China, Russia, Australia, etc. "I want to continue. My favorite country is CANADA AND AUSTRALIA and also THE USA FRANSE BELGIUM AND ITALI." If you're academic and want to go to college you could always try for a diving scholarship to an American college. Though you could always move to Canada or Australia also and find a job and dive at one of their clubs. "I haven't enough money to stay for a long time in one of these countries. But I can work." Guess you have to decide which one you want to go to then. Depends on what style suits you best I guess. What climate you want, what sort of training you want to do, what sort of coaching you want and what style of diving you like. "Do I need a diploma for training small children (8 or 12 years old)." If you mean to coach, then yes you most definitely do. You need to have coaching accreditation. If you've done coaching courses and passed them in your country, I believe you can have that transferred to coaching papers in a new country. If not you'd have to take the coaching courses before you could coach. You're not covered by insurance otherwise and are responsible if one of your divers were to get injured. "What do you work? Are you coach or diver?" I don't work, and I'm not a coach either (sometimes think I wouldn't mind to be though). I just do diving (not very well though - not an elite like yourself). What is it you actually want help with??
In my last post I asked why you didn't do 403c as your 6th and final dive on 1m, but I meant 405c; sorry about that. Your score would increase dramatically if you could pull it 'round neatly and get a "good entry" as you put it. The DD would be a great bonus and probably push you closer to the 300 point mark. And you'd probably go 300+ if you did a head first entry for your reverse dive instead of 304c. You'll never score much over 6.5 for a feet first. Even though it's lower DD, a 303B would be better, or definitely a 305c if that's what you're working toward.
