Yesterday I asked one of our customers the same question (we supply them with an e/p white powder) for a guy in USA. We were able to supply the following: Box feed powder application. mild steel box section 28 x 48 inches - time to coat outside - 90 secs on mono rail. I estimate depending upon colour and coating one-side of the panel about 90-100 secs should be OK using box feed.
