Dear Mr.khaleem,
It is good that you are trying establish a standard for manual spraying.If you can send me the details like what is the present speed of conveyor and your DFT requirement on the component and how much essetial is production rate.i.e pieces per hour and will mail you some suggestion after impementation you can share your sucees.
