Posted by SANDEEP Thanks for your response. I agree with your thought that we need to collectively push the norms but when I face the customer I find he is always looking for low priced products. How do we match lower prices nad improved qualty products. I think it is a challange for the formulator to keep looking for alternative raw materials.
