Dears,
This has reference on the above topic,
Some of our customers are asking Coatings like Silicon coating
both sides using FSD 140 - Silicon coating layer of 20µm ~ 40µm per side.
This is required on sheet metal components made of Sandvick Stainless Steel with high hardness.
Since your in the field of Industrial coatings,You can develop or suggest / offer the best solution for this.
We can think Off loading of this process if we find a good vendor for this process.
We are trying to get some samples from customer, but may take some time.
I am attaching the drawing for your reference.
Request you to study and revert back on this.
