Dear Sandeep,
Let me congratulate you for taking up the long pending issue. The end user needs to be educated since this is a special process. Every Tom Dick & Harry are coming up with unit with low cost and ruining the concept. I feel it is the responsibility of customer also to know the ins and outs of the unit they are procuring from.
I extend my cooperation in your endeavour to protect the very purpose of powder coating.
